Economy Terms

The Hayley Clark economy system was designed to provide a fun, fair, and safe experience. By using any economy feature, you agree to the conditions below.

1. About the “Nightmares” currency

The official economy currency is called Nightmares and may be earned through commands, events, rewards, and other internal systems.

Nightmares are a form of entertainment-only virtual currency. They are not legal tender, do not generate financial returns, and are not guaranteed to be convertible into money, goods, or services outside official systems. Hayley Clark may offer Nightmares through authorized channels, subject to the displayed offer and applicable law.

2. Earnings and losses

Amounts earned may vary according to the command used, periodic limits, randomness, and internal rules. The team is not responsible for losses caused by a user's own actions, such as incorrect commands, accidental transfers, or mistaken purchases, without prejudice to correcting proven system errors and honoring rights guaranteed by law.

3. Stores, items, and purchases

The economy may include global stores or stores specific to individual servers. Prices, inventory, and items may change to preserve the system's balance or operation.

Purchases made with Nightmares are normally final, except in the event of a proven system error or a decision by the team. Purchases made with real money are governed by the offer, the Terms of Service, and any cancellation or refund rights guaranteed by applicable law.

4. Commerce and use of Nightmares

You may not sell, buy, or trade, in exchange for Nightmares:

• products, currencies, or benefits with real monetary value;
• NSFW content;
• illegal products or services;
• accounts, servers (with members), or other items whose sale violates Discord Terms;
• any content that may place users or the community at risk.

If these practices are identified or reported, those involved may temporarily or permanently lose access to Hayley features.

Some user-to-user negotiations are not automatically prohibited, but may be monitored, such as:

• digital services, including art, server setups, and server creation;
• server boosts;
• invite rewards;
• role sales.

These activities may be punished when they involve scams, misleading advertising, exploitation of users, artificial server growth, or any violation of Hayley rules or Discord Terms.

Transactions carried out outside Hayley’s official features are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. The team does not guarantee delivery of products or services, does not act as an intermediary, and is not required to return Nightmares lost to scams, errors, or breached agreements.

You may not use alternate accounts, intermediary servers, or suspicious transfers to:

• hide the origin or destination of Nightmares;
• bypass limits, punishments, or blocks;
• manipulate rewards and Hayley systems;
• participate repeatedly in promotions or benefits;
• deceive other users or team members.

The following may also result in punishment:

• false or misleading advertisements;
• promises of products or services that will not be delivered;
• additional charges not disclosed before the agreement;
• attempts to impersonate team members;
• laundering, storing, or moving Nightmares obtained through abusive means;
• knowingly participating in scams or fraudulent schemes.

Even if a practice is not expressly mentioned in these rules, the team may analyze the case and apply restrictions when it identifies fraud, abuse, harm to the community, or attempts to exploit weaknesses in Hayley systems.

Each situation may be analyzed individually, taking into account the context, available evidence, the seriousness of the violation, and the history of those involved.

5. Exploitation, abuse, and misuse

You may not:

• exploit, improperly disclose, or conceal bugs with the aim of obtaining Nightmares, items, rewards, or any advantage;
• automate commands or actions through external bots, scripts, macros, autoclickers, or unauthorized tools;
• use alternate accounts or third parties to bypass limits, penalties, requirements, or waiting periods;
• defraud, manipulate, or interfere with the economy, rewards, rankings, or transactions;
• duplicate, hide, transfer, or move Nightmares and items obtained irregularly;
• abuse errors, delays, inconsistencies, or sync failures, even if they occur without direct prompting by the user;
• help others exploit flaws or preserve advantages obtained through them;
• make transfers or negotiations intended to hide the origin of Nightmares, bypass penalties, or hinder investigations.

If a bug is identified, the user must stop using it and may report it to the team. Continuing to use it after understanding how it works may be considered intentional exploitation.

Depending on the severity of the violation, Nightmares, items, rewards, or other advantages obtained irregularly may be removed, and related transactions may be canceled or reversed.

The user may also receive temporary or permanent restrictions on economy features or be banned from other Hayley services. Cooperation with the investigation and voluntary disclosure of the flaw may be considered during case analysis.

6. Data and storage

Balances, inventories, and records required for transactions are stored to operate and protect the economy. External failures, such as Discord API or infrastructure outages, may cause delays or temporary interruptions. Data processing follows the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the economy system

Values, rewards, prices, limits, and mechanics may be adjusted to keep the system balanced, safe, and stable. When possible, relevant changes will be announced through official channels.
